National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete  Kramer Johnson To qualify a student-athlete must be 1st team All League and have a minimum 3.3 grade point average. The National Football Foundation will be holding its annual banquet on Monday, March 3, 2008 to honor Kramer Johnson and the rest of Orange County’s scholar athlete award winners.
